Payment Policy

Payment must be provided at the end of each session via cash or check. While I do not accept any insurance directly, my billing statement provides you with all the information necessary to obtain reimbursement for out-of-network services from your health insurance provider. I am happy to provide you with further information on how to find out your insurance’s coverage for out-of-network providers.

Cancellation Policy

For initial evaluations, please notify me of cancellation 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. For patients in established care in my practice, I require a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations made outside of these time windows will result in full charge for the missed session and may not be reimbursed by your health insurance.
